Do I need to make an appointment?

We do not require appointments at our farm during our open hours. We do have certain times of the year that we are open by appointment only. These dates are listed on the homepage of our website as well as under the contact us page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Sorry, we do not accept American Express.

Do you allow dogs?

We are dog friendly! We only ask that you PLEASE do not let your dogs urinate on the trees or in the pumpkin fields and also to pick up after your dog. Thank you!

Do you allow photographers on site?

We have photographers who book our farm to do Fall and Christmas minis and other photo sessions! We charge a fee depending on time you are shooting. Please book your time directly through the Book Photography Session link. Please email bookings@benjamintreefarm.com for more information. We do limit the number of photographers on site depending on certain days and how busy we expect the farm to be.

I would like to book a tour for my class at school/club. Do you still offer this?

We do! We love having our friends visit us on the farm! We offer 3 tour experiences - a Pumpkin tour that runs through September and October, an Environmental tour that runs though November and December, and a Maple Syrup tour that runs through end of February and March. Starting in Spring 2027, we will offer a new Earth Day tour! Keep an eye on our School Tour page on our website for more information.

All tours are 90 minutes in length and a great educational experience! We have received extremely positive feedback about our tours. The cost per child is $11 + HST and teachers, educators, parent volunteers are complimentary. For more information, see our Tours Page or to book, please email bookings@benjamintreefarm.com.

Is there a fee to use the Fall Activity Area?

Yes. Admission must be purchased for anyone who is ages 3-93. Children 2 and under are free. Pricing can be found on our pumpkin page HERE. Buy online ahead of your visit and save!

What types of Christmas trees do you sell?

We sell various types of Christmas trees. Our “you-cut” trees are Norway Spruce, White Spruce and Balsam Fir. Our pre-cut selection includes Fraser Fir and Balsam Fir.

What sizes of Christmas trees do you sell?

Our trees range from table toppers (3-4') up to cathedral trees (12-13'). Our field trees will be up to approximately 7-8'.

What potted trees do you have available?
